We spent our first night in the new house last night.
The boxes all showed up Tuesday, TV was mounted to the wall Friday night, and we spent Sunday unpacking the kitchen.
Kristi and I are pretty wiped out.
The kids were pretty over the top, they couldn’t sleep until about 10pm. Brett had an accident at 4:30am, after which I couldn’t get back to sleep.
The morning shower was new and interesting, I had to dig through boxes to find towel, clothes, toothbrush, etc.
The commute was not bad this morning; 25 minutes from parking spot to parking spot. I was never really going the speed limit, but I was never really stopped, either.
So it begins.
