Clear and cold, three nights in a row

It’s been clear and cold again; this is the third night in a row of gorgeous skies. The days have actually been pretty mild; it went into the mid-’60s today, with Rainier and Baker bright and easily visible.

The clear skies came at a perfect time for my observatory design and prep; I’ve been able to do some sky surveys from some possible observatory positions.

I’m sure we’ll start diving back into the rain for “spring” here pretty soon, but I’m really enjoying the re-discovery of the Seattle climate.
