Rainier Watch

After a fairly nice day yesterday, the fog rolled in this morning, and I can barely see the Factoria hills under a nearly uniform blanket of gray cloud.

When I was a windsurfer, I would have been exultant to see such “crappy” weather roll in on a Friday, right when I was headed out to The Gorge for a summer weekend.

As an astronomer, I’m appalled that we haven’t had a full week of clear sky yet, and it’s already SeaFair weekend. hmph.
