For years, whenever I’ve been doing heavy lifting, I get these strange circular bruises on the inside of each bicep. It must be the way that I grip something when it’s heavy. I remember getting them all the time when I was windsurfing, and I am sporting a couple right now from heaving Trixie around.
They are very strange, and I can never remember saying “ouch” from bumping something into my bicep, I just suddenly have bruises, and they go away when I stop lifting heavy things for awhile.
Odd.
