Real sugar

Coke and Pepsi from Mexico are made with real cane sugar, not high-fructose corn syrup.

They taste *totally* different. It’s a crisp, light, refreshing beverage that makes you realize that HFCS just tastes syrupy.

I have been having trouble finding “throwback” Pepsi in stores, but Mexican Coke is easily gotten, if a little expensive ($1.69/ea at BevMo and $1/ea at Mi Pueblo).

If you haven’t tried it, do. Yum.

At the end of the day, to me Coke and Pepsi both taste like malted battery acid (thank you Bloom County).

Color me a Dr. Pepper, RC, Root/Birch/Ginger Beer guy.

Hey, Anthony, the Point went thataway. 🙂

Coke stinks, Pepsi is yummy. The rest of those so-called “sodas” are for folks too weak of gut to enjoy the good stuff.

And the difference between cane sugar and high fructose corn syrup is stark. I actually liked a soft drink again.
